A training needs analysis (TNA) is a systematic, disciplined approach to identifying current and future training needs. The TNA process helps you concentrate your resources where they will have the greatest impact. It also helps you decide which training to provide, how and when it will be provided, and what should be done after the training is delivered and completed.

For an effective training implementation and cost-savings, it is imperative that organizations assess their existing training practices, identify gaps in the current approaches to learning, determine the reasons behind those gaps, assess resource capabilities available to meet learning needs, create solution alternatives that might reduce or eliminate specific problems while improving learning effectiveness.

Join us in this 1-day Learn & ApplyTM workshop on How to Use the ADDIE Model for Training Needs Analysis to attain the right skills and knowledge to identify the actual training needs and also be able to evaluate training effectiveness after the training plan is being implemented.
